Abstract:Various evidence problems always concealed behind the misjudged criminal cases, therefore misjudged criminal cases are one hundred percent not theoretical but practical issues and should be regarded from demonstrative research. In the process of the establishment of Chinese judicial system, each representative misjudged criminal case in actual life should be considered seriously in order to protect the interests of the innocent and the rights of the victim and safeguard socialwelfare and harmony; that would be the most important inspiration from the study on presentAnglo - American misjudged criminal cases.
