【Abstract】 Scientific evidence may be essentially defined as expert opinions which explain case facts and their inter-relationships by using generally accepted theories, rules and principles. Scientific evidence may be divided into two classes, descriptive and analytical, according to function. Descriptive scientific evidence is not real scientific evidence. Scientific evidence belongs in oral evidence and indirect evidence. Understanding of scientific evidence may be furthered by the classification of it under different standards.
