  【Abstract】 There is an urgent need for an assessment guideline of ability of taking criminal responsibility in forensic psychiatry’s practice, but, until now such guideline is still unavailable. Driven by the need, and based on the experience of countries ruled by law, the author, combining the law and psychiatry, works out a proposed guideline.
