  【Abstract】 Although boasting significant value in terms of theory and practice, the system of investigator taking a witness stand is still not an established solid system in our country. From the perspective of value to criminal procedure, this paper elaborates on the necessity and feasibility of establishing such system and finally presents the proposed scheme.
